Centigrade has been operating as a Mechanical Services Contractor for the past forty-two years. During this time, the focus of its operation has been Health, Academia and Institutional sectors of the industry. Centigrade has proven track record in relation to delivering projects with minimum whole-of-life costs. Various procedures are in place to evaluate equipment efficiencies, materials of construction and histories of performance prior to placement of any orders. However, adherence to procedures can only be maximised by a thorough review of each system’s performance in engineered terms. Their Engineering Manager controls these disciplines within specification guidelines and interaction with the incumbent consulting Engineer.
